Substrate, truly feels like a taste of home. The sandwiches are fresh and flavorful The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making every visit a wonderful experience. I absolutely fell in love with the 407 Sandwic. It was so delicious, and one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time! Every bite was amazing. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious with a nostalgic flavor that brought back great memories. The portions were generous, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity. Great value for the money. Their sandwiches are so delicious and packed with filling! I really recommend the double patty burger and its buttery bun was amazing. Plus, they're pretty affordable. They have daily offers, but they're valid till 4 PM :( I hope they make them whole-day offers.
Me and my fiancé had the philly cheesesteak and korean smashed sub with donair chips on the side. It was the best sandwich I've ever had. The people here are so nice and helpful. 10/10 recommend!!!
