Great workout at this gym! Also offers a variety of times to choose from! Good mix between strength and HITT.
This facility is clean, staff are friendly and everyone is so welcoming. I was looking for a gym and trainer that would keep me wanting to come in because relying on myself to workout wasn't doing it. Especially when I had no idea what I was doing going to a regular gym by myself. What I love the most is that the workouts are different every time and planned out to challenge us, yet keep it fun. I look forward to continue training at Substance and getting healthier and stronger!
This place is awesome. Very friendly place, staff are great. I am so happy that I found this place for my daughter. They are very understanding, friendly, and they have lots of patience for our kids with special needs. 6 stars for you all!
