Very unprofessional. They never answer the phone or return voicemails. We arrived to the Tuesday 9:00am appointment on time and the Officer was closed. The Tech finally arrived late because he was “in traffic”. Is it’s been 4 days and the MRI results still have not been sent to my doctor and I can’t get anyone on the phone. Ridiculous.
Sub-par Imaging. Okay experience; first visit (Fall 2019) I went for an MRI. my technician was at first very nice, but then became very rude and judgemental about why I was there. I'm a student in college and the technician said that I needed to make better career choices and study something ("Like radiology") else. Told me I was wasting my time in college. This has nothing to do with my visit. Their website mentions they do ultrasounds, but they don't. My doctor's office ordered an ultrasound to this office (under my advisi... read more
