Stopped by as we were going through the area, board prices were great compared to where we’re from, it was easy to tell the guy working there (possibly the owner) really gave a shit about skateboarding and the shop. we had a great conversation about board set ups and all the nearby parks in the direction we were heading. they didn’t have the really specific board I was looking for but my homie got everything he needed and they did have a good selection. regardless, definitely worth stopping by.
TOP TIER customer service. Shop was great on explaining everything to my son and wasn’t trying to “oversell” us on anything. Great spot for beginners and pros for sure. We felt very comfortable asking questions and also knowing we were walking out with a quality board at a very fair price. Highly recommended 10/10. Well worth the drive from Ames.
