The company's performance was exceptional. Their response time was outstanding; we conveyed the urgency of the situation and the need for immediate on-site assistance. Subs responded to my text for a quotation almost immediately. Very competitive price and was able to repair my toilet flush the following morning. He was polite and professional. Took the time to explain things to me carefully and even had spares on his van to do a few other little jobs whilst he was here all within the pre agreed price. A rare find. I will definitely keep his number! Thanks very much Subs.

We have had Suba over several times over the years, and every time he does an impeccable job. He is punctual, hardworking, cheerful and polite. He regularly talks through what he is doing and highlights challenges clearly where appropriate. Suba is thorough, going out of his way to remain for longer to double check for leaks. Great service. Very prompt and efficient. Subs was a really pleasant man to deal with. Open and transparent about pricing. Very happy my boiler is now up and running. Neat and tidy. I would certainly contact in the future if I had any more problems.
