Very easy onboarding, very clean and professional crew at the desk. Was quick to get me into a room and the paperwork was a breeze. Very courteous. Dr was thorough and intelligent. Listened. Overall was a great experience!
This staff is so nice and accommodating. A very nice group of people who will actually take care of you.
Called to see if my insurance was in network with them. Rather than them run my insurance over the phone they told me I had to come in for a consultation, drove an hour, filled out a long packet containing sensitive information just for them to tell me they didn’t take my insurance and it would be 350$ Unsure as to why they couldn’t check with the insurance before coming in but I’ve never run into an issue like such in the past with previous doctors offices.
Moved to the san Antonio area about 6 months ago.Ladies upfront are always very polite and helpful as the nurses and doctors are also. Happy I found such a great place to be treated. Highly recommend
