Great subs. Friendly service. Stupid door handle that’s caused me to skin my knuckle two visits in a row. Turn it around the right way!
What happened to this place? Used to be so good but they went downhill recently. The last three times I went the bread wasn't fresh. This despite the fact that they used to brag about giving away their day old bread and only using fresh. They obviously stopped doing this. When the bread isn't fresh then the whole sub is no good. The last time I even cut off the ends of the sub roll when I got home because it was tough and bready. Not good. Do the owners think that people won't notice they are using day old sub rolls? About an hour ago. April 17, 2026z 5pm. I was in this location for less than 30 seconds before deciding to walk right back out. The customer service was extremely off-putting from the moment I walked in. Instead of a simple greeting, I was immediately met with an aggressive tone and asked, “You here for the roast beef?” When I said no, I was abruptly asked what I wanted.
