I have been coming to this deli for over 15 years. Things have changed for the worst. Today came in to order 3 identical sandwiches, with the identical toppings. The young man acknowledge me with our order and the heavy set lady with glasses and pig tails also acknowledged my order. Take in mind there was no one in the restaurant just us, so we waited and waited for our sandwiches to be done. Arrived at 7:30PM for a quick sandwich and employees had already closed the door and looked as if were cleaning up behind counter. Unfortunate! Hopefully the owner knows this is happening! Ended up going to subway!!
I love Submarina, probably my favorite fast food sandwich chain! Between the excellent bread the alfalfa sprouts they're top notch in my book!
My husband has eaten at this location a few times. He says the staff is friendly & fast. Unfortunately, both times he has been ill afterwards. He knows it was from the sandwich. Maybe the temperature on the deli meat refrigerator is not accurate? Maybe the meats are sitting out too long when being cut? Maybe because so many hands touch the meat, the bacteria thrive? Not sure - but even though the shop is friendly, he's apprehensive to go there again.
They are fast and allways happy to great you and give you great service
