We reached out to Derik at Sublime Renovations for contracting work on a home that needed a fast turnaround to close on time for both the sellers and the buyers. Derik was incredibly responsive and went out the day of and did the work the next day—exactly when we needed the work done. He completed everything quickly and did an amazing job. We will definitely be using Sublime Renovations again in the future and will be recommending them to our clients. Highly recommend!
We had Derick complete two projects in our home. He was punctual and did great work. He also made sure and talked to us about options as they came up so we could make the decisions about what we thought was best in our situation. Would definitely recommend him! He did our flooring in one project and trimmed out our kitchen window in another.

I requested an uncommon product that they weren’t familiar with … Derick did a lot of research and learned how to meet my request. I’m so glad I chose them for my project and definitely give them my recommendation!
