We recommend Sublime for anyone looking to build a home in the region. As soon as you walk into their homes, the solid construction is evident. No cheap builder special materials as you often see. The floorplans are well thought out and the finish options available are interesting and timeless. The team is responsive and professional. Mike worked with us to review multiple building sites and was very professional, candid, experienced and fun to work with as well!
