I was very happy with using Sublime Heating & Cooling to clean my dryer vent. I recently purchased a house and it seems the dryer and vent were not cleaned in decades, if ever. Mark was professional and efficient and did a great job cleaning!

I used Sublime Heating & Cooling team to clean my dryer vent, which runs under my house. They arrived on time; the cleaning technician was very professional and efficient. He was able to clear a clog 6 feet into the vent which runs under the length of my garage. Now my dryer runs much more efficiently and dries my clothes in half the time. I had no idea the vent was the problem. I now plan to use them at least once a year to keep the vent clear.

Pricing was clearly explained to us. The serviceman arrived at the promised time. When we had our ducts and vents cleaned the two employees worked together to accomplish the job. They were very helpful and careful to clean up any debris that might land on the floor near the vents. We could not be more pleased with the service provided by Sublime Heating & Cooling.

This was my first time using Sublime Heating & Cooling and they certainly had exclusively positive online ratings. Harry and Ben attended our home and were punctual, personable and extremely professional. They were very clean and efficient, showed me the before and after pictures of what was cleaned and the price was very competitive and matched the original quotation to the penny. I don't readily give ratings this glowing but...I would recommend this company without hesitation!

We have been using them for years & each person from the minute they answer the call to when their job is complete, has been professional. Their pricing is fair and they are quick to respond. We had Eric on this visit & his service was awesome!
