Sublime Diamonds owner Joe is a very transparent and kind business owner. He can help you with any problem you may run into and always works with a smile. The engagement ring he provided me was of top quality and for a fantastic price. I would not consider going to another jeweler ahead of Sublime Diamonds.
Joe was extremely generous with his time. The amount of options that were presented were amazing. In the end, Joe put together an amazing pearl necklace and earring set. I bought a pair of diamond earrings for my wife's birthday from Joe. When he quoted me the price, I thought it was for one earring and not the pair. They are beautiful earrings that my wife absolutely loves. Joe's attention to detail, industry knowledge, and communication with me was awesome. Truly enjoyed my experience working with Joe on my wedding ring upgrade. After committing to a diamond size and setting, I had second thoughts and Joe handled the situation with such professionalism. I’m sure this was not ideal for him but he took the time to make sure everything was perfect for me by having another mold made and bringing in additional diamonds.
