During our consultation we were advised that turnaround from deposit to installation was 5 – 6 weeks but often as little as 3 weeks. Our blinds were installed 4 months after our initial deposit was made. During this period, we made multiple attempts to contact Sublime's office via both email and phone. Our emails were rarely responded to and the office number was never answered, it went to voicemail every time and we never received a return phone call. Shane and Jodie are amazing, I’ll always support local businesses I had other quotes and it was all pressure selll. Shane never pushed for the sale but they come in cheap and I’ll always support locals. Don’t go anywhere else than sublime they are the best
