Scam site. Gets you to sign up and give all your info to them and then in order to contact any landlord you must pay $30. I don't believe any of the listings are real anyway as they are way too low. It's just a bait and switch
I am a landlord in Hudson County. The service used to be excellent couple of years ago. Now I do not receive any email notice of a tenant message and Sublet "support" does not get back to me. There is no number to call. I am not going to renew this service again to rent my furnished apartment. When I tried their "chat" feature it conected me to Just Answer without any notice.
Several $19.95 charges on my credit card. I disputed with Capital One. Pretty shady bunch of hooligans!!
