I am a landlord in Hudson County. The service used to be excellent couple of years ago. Now I do not receive any email notice of a tenant message and Sublet "support" does not get back to me. There is no number to call. I am not going to renew this service again to rent my furnished apartment. When I tried their "chat" feature it conected me to Just Answer without any notice.
Several $19.95 charges on my credit card. I disputed with Capital One. Pretty shady bunch of hooligans!!
I strongly advise against using this website: 1. There is absolutely no customer service, you can never reach them either on the phone or email, period! My account was locked on the 2nd or 3rd day after posting, tried contacting them several times via phone and chat and email...no response whatsoever! Sheer waste of time and money 2. They want you to pay for every option they entice you with. Don't fall into that trap. First you pay to post, then they say pay more to be listed as vip listing and then they say pay another big... read more
