Worst experience with a dr. Horrible bedside manner and left there with zero information. Basically, said that I need to go to a different dr. I understand if I was referred to a specialist that could not help me but also did not leave there feeling any better!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DR!! If you do, I would definitely get a second opinion.
5/15/25 Visit-My experience with Dr. Prasad was outstanding. He listened to me, displayed kindness, empathy and allowed me to voice my concern. Dr. Prasad referred me out to PT immediately and informed me that if the TX did not work there was nothing else he could do which I truly respect. I 1000% recommend his care and his staff were extremely nice as well. Thank you Dr. Prasad!!! This office is a joke especially the front desk lady I dealt with, I had spine surgery in January wasn’t able to do anything so I had to cancel my appointment and reschedule well I get a message from their office stating my appointment was cancelled by their office so I called and she said people like you are the reason my job is hard. I suffer with extreme headaches and he prescribed Topiramate 200 mg, 1 tab twice a day. When I returned for about my 4th visit I told him I was still having the headaches. He told me he couldn't help me & don't come back. From the 1st visit I didn't feel like he cared. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Prasad is very kind and informative. He made an appointment available for me when other neurologists took many months to see me. He listened to my concerns attentively. He got me into testing very quickly. He even called me personally the same day as my MRI with results. I highly recommend this thorough and compassionate doctor.
