If I could give this man zero stars I would. I had questions regarding my mother’s diagnosis and wanted to ensure that he understood the severity of the situation and all of her symptoms. He cut me off and was very sarcastic with me, and when I asked him to please stop being sarcastic, he stormed out of the room and dropped her as a patient- 3 minutes into the appointment. Luckily, during my previous phone interactions with your staff, I was not experiencing a migraine. Unfortunately, that was not the case today. I am currently on day seven of a severe migraine, and my symptoms can mimic a stroke, making it extremely difficult to think clearly or communicate effectively. I am urgently seeking help. My husband and I had a nice experience with Dr. Prasad. Our appt was on time, the front desk was kind, and Dr. Prasad took his time answering our questions and ordering additional tests. Zero complaints.
Like the other reviews the front desk is a cluster. I've been trying to have test results sent for two weeks now with no luck. Dr. Prasad is nice but rushed.
Worst experience with a dr. Horrible bedside manner and left there with zero information. Basically, said that I need to go to a different dr. I understand if I was referred to a specialist that could not help me but also did not leave there feeling any better!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DR!! If you do, I would definitely get a second opinion.
