Although Dr Prasad is great and got me prescribed on a medicine that has stopped 99% of my migraines over the last year, dealing with his office/nurses to get a Prior Authorization for my insurance company has been an absolute nightmare. If I could give this man zero stars I would. I had questions regarding my mother’s diagnosis and wanted to ensure that he understood the severity of the situation and all of her symptoms. He cut me off and was very sarcastic with me, and when I asked him to please stop being sarcastic, he stormed out of the room and dropped her as a patient- 3 minutes into the appointment. Luckily, during my previous phone interactions with your staff, I was not experiencing a migraine. Unfortunately, that was not the case today. I am currently on day seven of a severe migraine, and my symptoms can mimic a stroke, making it extremely difficult to think clearly or communicate effectively. I am urgently seeking help. My husband and I had a nice experience with Dr. Prasad. Our appt was on time, the front desk was kind, and Dr. Prasad took his time answering our questions and ordering additional tests. Zero complaints.
Like the other reviews the front desk is a cluster. I've been trying to have test results sent for two weeks now with no luck. Dr. Prasad is nice but rushed.
