Luckily, during my previous phone interactions with your staff, I was not experiencing a migraine. Unfortunately, that was not the case today. My husband and I had a nice experience with Dr. Prasad. Our appt was on time, the front desk was kind, and Dr. Prasad took his time answering our questions and ordering additional tests. Zero complaints.
Like the other reviews the front desk is a cluster. I've been trying to have test results sent for two weeks now with no luck. Dr. Prasad is nice but rushed.
Worst experience with a dr. Horrible bedside manner and left there with zero information. Basically, said that I need to go to a different dr. I understand if I was referred to a specialist that could not help me but also did not leave there feeling any better!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DR!! If you do, I would definitely get a second opinion.
5/15/25 Visit-My experience with Dr. Prasad was outstanding. He listened to me, displayed kindness, empathy and allowed me to voice my concern. Dr. Prasad referred me out to PT immediately and informed me that if the TX did not work there was nothing else he could do which I truly respect. I 1000% recommend his care and his staff were extremely nice as well. Thank you Dr. Prasad!!!
