I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Prasad I went in seeking help for Head injury that I’m still getting a nightmare but I felt that my concerns were dismissed and that no real effort was made to understand or address my condition. The doctor seemed rushed, didn’t listen thoroughly, and provided no clear guidance or treatment plan. Unfortunately, I left the appointment feeling more frustrated and confused than when I arrived. The front office staff were unprofessional and not nice. Dr. Prasad was one of the worst doctors I’ve ever seen. He was very fast and didn’t make eye contact. He refused to acknowledge the question I asked. I was seeing him for concussion side effects. He asked me 5 questions and told me I was good. He said he would order an MRI if I wanted one. I hate to try to see another doctor but have no faith in him.
Had a good experience - Dr. Prasad was patient and listened to me describe my symptoms, asked meaningful questions, did some neurologic tests, and gave me a course of action. At no point did I feel rushed, my appointment was on time as scheduled, and he was friendly and courteous.
