Brought my wife’s car here to get the A/C repaired and right away Juan the owner of Subie Stop knew exactly what was wrong with the A/C system when he opened the hood. He’s a very knowledgeable and kind gentlemen and knows exactly what he’s doing. Thanks again Juan for getting us back on the road with Ice Cold A/C. If you need any repairs and are uncertain, I highly 100% recommend Juan as your Subaru mechanic.
just got a outback then ac went out really was worried about needing replacements on big things and there was a chance it could of been that but Mr. Juan did his magic found a solution let me and hubby walk out without spending hundreds and nice fresh cold ac. We are so relieved and grateful! Definitely recommend if you got a subie we will always come here if any other concerns happen.
Rebuilding these cars is not simple, especially after what happened with the previous shop that worked on mine. My 2017 WRX had way too many issues to even list, and I was honestly stressed about how it was going to turn out. I provided Juan with the parts I wanted him to install, and he made it all work. Juan was amazing! His demeanor exudes confidence and honesty! He spent years as a Subie tech. He diagnosed my issues on my 2023 Salvaged Forester and told me how and where to resolve issues I was having that he could not. eg. He does not have the equipment to do an eyesight recalibration. Battery check done(discovered weak battery).multi-point inspection including undercarriage. No charge. He adamantly refused Money. Too cool...old school.
