The owner took a second look at my car after the first shop I took the car too quoted me $7,000 to fix. The owner was able to fix my car for less than that and even gave me some pointers on my car. I’ll be going back to him for sure
Bought an awesome car from this gem of a shop today. The owner, Isaac, was super knowledgeable, approachable and transparent about the car, the work they do, their warranty on it. Isaac is a generous business man who is more than happy to work with us and answer all of our questions/concerns. Isaac is an honest and you can trust him. I am out of state and had some lights turn on after I put gas. I thought I did something wrong. I call and told him what happened and he told me I was 13 minutes away from him and he can check the car. When I arrived he stop doing what he was doing to check my car. He told me I had guaranteed and the dealer can replace the part that needed replacement. He said that if he change the part it was going to be $3,000 and I can get a refund from Subaru but it was going to be a fight for th... read more
Bought a car from Isaac a while back and it had some issues and he has completely taken care of me and I cannot recommend this business enough, I won’t take my Subarus anywhere else at this point after some experiences that he quickly corrected. He’s a stand up and honest guy.
Bought a car from subie spot. Promised paperwork/ service records, that car would be detailed, and several new parts would be provided. After weeks of reminders and asking, items were slow in being produced. Overall, I think Issac is very knowledgeable and a good guy but wasn't quite as good of a car dealer as a shop owner. It was a hassle with DMV paperwork etc post buy. But an engine light came on weeks later and Issac was very attentive in assisting with issue. So that was positive. Turned out to be a minor issue.
