Best customer service I have ever had at a mechanic, by a long shot. My car had spent 3 weeks in and out of another mechanic before I took it to Michael. He diagnosed and fixed what no one else could figure out. Totally transparent pricing and excellent communication. I won't be going anywhere else but here in the future.

Great service , Admin and mechanics kept me up to date with everything going on and made sure i was happy with all work carried out.
After travelling a long way, I arrived early this morning for a test drive. From reception through to the workshop, everyone was professional and gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing. I went on a diagnostic road test with Joy, one of the mechanics. Although we couldn't replicate the issue today, I left feeling reassured and confident in the team. Hopefully they'll be able to find the fault soon.
