I have used Subie Auto Repair several times and have come to really trust them with our Subarus. They previously completed major work on my daughter’s Subaru, including the head gaskets, timing components, water pump, and suspension repairs. I should have listened to the previous reviews before coming to this shop. This is not a fake or spam review—this is my actual experience. I brought my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek to this shop on Saturday, July 18, 2026, because of a transmission problem. Before bringing my vehicle in, I called and asked if they worked with extended warranty companies, and I was told they did. Very helpful and friendly service. Was traveling from Denver to KC when the dash lit up all the lights. Brought my Forester in first thing Monday morning after Schomp said they couldn't even look at it until late afternoon. Subie Auto Repairs was able to diagnose the problem, go over options, explain the repair process in detail, and complete the repair process to get us back on the road before noon. That's service!
