They never have what you want in stock! They have samples on the wall, but never have those things anywhere in the store. It’s a total oddity. We have ordered things and paid for them, then waited months for them to arrive. Didn’t hear a thing. When we called they said they’d arrive this week. Just recently went back and tried to buy something else, to be told we don’t have any in stock. Goodness me. Always? Went to Heating Section for replacement parts for my wood heater. Staff appeared MOST reluctant and disinterested to assist. Certainly NOT service with a smile - I was made to feel I was an intrusion on what they were doing.

Thank you team for being very responsive and helpful, assisting to find a near perfect match for my old skirting to help with an urgent restoration.
