Best quality fittings for your home eg. doors, handles etc. Location is hard to find, park and visit. Be great if they could recommend equivalent tradies to install the goods! Better than Bunnings if your looking to level up the look of your home :)

They never have what you want in stock! They have samples on the wall, but never have those things anywhere in the store. It’s a total oddity. We have ordered things and paid for them, then waited months for them to arrive. Didn’t hear a thing. When we called they said they’d arrive this week. Just recently went back and tried to buy something else, to be told we don’t have any in stock. Goodness me. Always? Went to Heating Section for replacement parts for my wood heater. Staff appeared MOST reluctant and disinterested to assist. Certainly NOT service with a smile - I was made to feel I was an intrusion on what they were doing.
