I've had my first experience with Russ and the team today after being a loyal customer with a mechanic at another location for 15yrs. After being disappointed with recent changes in management and behaviours, I reached out to Russ about my current concerns, he booked me in for a service and assessment. Adding my appreciation for Russ and team. Communication was prompt and thorough, booked in quickly and Russ made an effort to have the right parts there on the day for same-day completion. Russ was an attentive and respectful listener, and targeted the work I requested without any other fuss or upsell. He respected me, the car, and the work that he does.
