I was a patient of this man for years and years. When I FINALLY left his practice, I was thankfully treated by two doctors in a private practice who listened (really, honestly listened) and said, “it sounds like you’ve been in perimenopause for at least five years, maybe ten.” Dr. Naidu downplayed all of my symptoms. I cannot ever recommend Dr Naidu, his nurse Chad, or his nurse Kim to anyone. They downplayed and didn’t believe my symptoms. They also had terrible bedside manner. When I was concerned about my weight gain, Dr Naidu said I needed to “eat less cheeseburgers”. I don’t even eat cheeseburgers. Chad called women’s genitals “dirty” because of how we can get UTI’s, then in detail described how men’s anatomy “like me and your husband” are different. So inappropriate, gross, and condescending. He’s a really good doctor. Very attentive to his patients and a good listener.
We were on the phone over 20 minutes with a phone operator/Jason, who claimed to be part of Dr.Sachidanandan Naidu's, team. This person was not helpful, he was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional when we are trying to arrange a pulmonology referral from Dr. Naidu's office, from an interventional cardiologist team. When we are in healthcare, we need to be mindful of the patient's needs and urgency. The office staff must be courteous and kind in order for us to be able to offer that kind of service to the patient's.
