I recently moved to a new area and the home I purchased had been maintained by this company and I will say, I can see why. They were professional and had knowledge about my equipment and were very kind.
Quickly found the issue with my heat pump -- a capacitor and instead of like others, actually fixed the issue instead of demanding I buy a new unit!
SubCooling Air is awesome! Our AC started a slow death about 3 weeks ago. My husband replaced the capacitor, and it ran well for 2 weeks, then gave up. We sweltered at night for a few days, then called SubCooling on a Saturday. Ruben came out at 10am the next day on Sunday, replaced the motor, added a few pounds of refrigerant, and gave us our cold air back! I'm grateful this all happened before the dead of summer. This company is quick, fair priced, and forever will be our go-to service provider.
