Brought 2x Panasonic air conditioner and within a year both stopped working. Was given the contact number of Subcool by the customer service from Panasonic. The first booking was in the morning.. no show, called them and was told they will come in the afternoon again no show and no call back Called them the next day and re booked for another day, again they didn’t show up and No call back or a courtesy call. Bit condescending Limited english
Purchase a panasonic aircon. Had issues in the first year, they sent out this sub-contractors who were rude and unprofessional. They first came and did an inspection, said needed a capillary tube, would come back. Second visit, rainy day and refuses to take their shoes off, damaged my carpet. Brought in their equipment then went and sat in their car for 20min on their phones until I went out and asked what they were doing.
