We booked Subconscious for our wedding a few weeks ago and were so thrilled with the service and experience! The coffee was part of our affogato bar dessert setup with our venue and it was such a hit. The coffee was so delicious and helped bring a really cozy, warm vibe to our event. Could not recommend Robyn and the Subconscious team more!
Robyn and her team made coffee for my post wedding departure brunch. She is absolutely fantastic! She arrived early and helped me scout out a spot that would be a good flow at our venue. She was super flexible and was willing to extend her hours day of without additional notice. We had an outstanding experience with Subconscious Coffee Company for my son’s post-wedding farewell brunch at our home. Robyn was our barista and absolutely exceeded expectations. During our four-hour event she somehow managed to make more than 200 coffee and non-coffee drinks while maintaining an incredible level of quality and energy throughout the morning.
