I just wanted to share, that of course Subaru Superstore is awesome! My husband & I bought 2 cars within six months & we're first time Subaru owners. The process was smooth from start to finish & I received a better trade in value than I anticipated for one of our previous vehicles. From the managers, to sales staff & finance team, everyone was superb! We love our new Outback & Forester! Thank you!
The absolute worst Subaru service center. Take you car anywhere else but here.
The sales person David was great help in getting me set up with my first Subaru, through the years taking my car into maintenance I've had difficulty with their tech Glen as a female to the point where I get my car serviced elsewhere. Most recently when shopping for my next Subaru and clearly stating my cost limitations up front, we overheard the manager of the Subaru branch mocking my financial limitations when they'd thought we'd left and my partner came back in for an additional question. Be warned, this dealership does not hold your best interest. Mark Mauer, GM deliberately will not take accountability for the incompetence and inactions of the technicians, management, and advisors. After paying for a point-to-point inspection taken in after my vehicle was involved in an accident, the technician cleared my vehicle of drive ability and safety. 20 mins after given my keys back, my engine seized.
