Mark in services did a wonderful job at providing top notch service. I was very stressed dealing with tire situation for 2 weeks and they resolved it for me in less than 15 minutes. I am beyond grateful. I will be back for additional services.
I bought my Subaru from there about 3 years ago. The time has come for me to replace my tires and we noticed the wheel lock key was not provided when purchased. I called up to the dealership to see if they can remove them and said yes but it will cost over $100 per tire! Good thing it didn’t take an emergency situation to find out I need a specific wheel lock key to get my tires off. Bought a new car recently, went smooth.
I requested an out the door price for a 2025 Forester Wilderness. This request was an online request from their website. Ronnie promptly provided an itemized out the door price. I dropped by the following morning for a test drive. I was greeted by Charles and Ronnie. Ronnie and I took the Forester for a test drive. We discussed pricing further and a number for my trade in.
