RE: Service Department - managing expectations 101 - a/c quit in almost brand new car, was told to bring in car at 2:00 pm on Monday, should only need to leave it overnight. After car is driven there in the afternoon heat from Casa Grande with no a/c, am told it'll be Thursday until it's looked at, now told Friday. Does anyone there care or think? Why did it have to be there at 2:00 pm???????????????????? Why not at 8:00 am when it was cooler????????? Please, somebody, give me a reasonable explanation, I beg of you!
Awesome place and excellent service and my service advisor Jerry is an amazing guy. He told me I needed a couple new filters but he completely understood when I said I could not afford them this time around. If you need anything go see the wonder ful people at Chandler Subaru.
Express Service is nonexistent! Told me it would take all day for an oil change without an appointment. Never had this problem at any other Subaru service center before. Go to Scottsdale Subaru or ANY other location than here!
Went in for regular 54k mile service but I mentioned a stalling feeling when accelerating rapidly … they listens and investigated … ended up replacing the transmission and giving me a loaner car because approval and install took almost 4 weeks … easy peasy process and they kept me informed along the way.
Prices of the part like brakes are too high as compared to outside.
