I bought a brand new 2026 Subaru Outback that I absolutely love, but had consistent issues with the bluetooth pairing. It would randomly stop with the system stating "Connection Interrupted" then a few moments later "Device disconnected" and I would have to pull over to reset and connect again. I almost got into an accident when driving in LA when it went out and I needed directions and was trying to repair my device. There were trips that it would happen several times in a few minutes. Emily was so helpful with my wife Martha today. Subaru of Chandler has always helped us so professionally from the time we bought her Forester to any issues that have come up. I really appreciate Emily and everyone else at the dealership.
RE: Service Department - managing expectations 101 - a/c quit in almost brand new car, was told to bring in car at 2:00 pm on Monday, should only need to leave it overnight. After car is driven there in the afternoon heat from Casa Grande with no a/c, am told it'll be Thursday until it's looked at, now told Friday. Does anyone there care or think? Why did it have to be there at 2:00 pm???????????????????? Why not at 8:00 am when it was cooler????????? Please, somebody, give me a reasonable explanation, I beg of you!
Awesome place and excellent service and my service advisor Jerry is an amazing guy. He told me I needed a couple new filters but he completely understood when I said I could not afford them this time around. If you need anything go see the wonder ful people at Chandler Subaru.
Express Service is nonexistent! Told me it would take all day for an oil change without an appointment. Never had this problem at any other Subaru service center before. Go to Scottsdale Subaru or ANY other location than here!
