Emily did a great job of getting my car scheduled with a great mechanic. When issues persisted she Got me back in and the problem was corrected at no additional charge.
It was very easy. Kaylee's communication was perfect and she was friendly and approachable. She also kept us informed of everything as it went on. The waiting area was clean and the snacks were appreciated. Just a perfect experience while getting the car serviced. Very customer centered.
I was given an estimate of repair cost of $500 for the replacement of sunroof glass. I was billed $850 for the glass and $150 for install. I was told that glass was in-stock, but I was later told that they had to have it expedited to them. Why was my bill $500 over the estimate for such a simple repair?
