Jesus and the friendly staff at Superior Subaru have done very good work in servicing my 2014 Forester XT (for one of the major service intervals), and for properly diagnosing an on-going noise-related issue. The noise is finally gone! I can finally enjoy many more years of driving. The Service staff, and Parts staff have been very friendly. And most of all, the technicians know their stuff. So easy to work with and friendly!
First time car buyer. Wasn’t sure what I was doing or even how to start. My mom recently bought my brother and herself a car and went through Richard Medina. Great customer service! Rosa was our salesperson, and she did an awesome job. I never felt pressured—she was respectful, provided clear information, and was completely transparent, with no hidden fees. My Ascent had an issue with the hood not closing properly, and Karla took care of it in the service department. She did a great job! I love my Subaru, and the staff here is kind and helpful
