This was The BEST experience I've EVER had buying a car!!! We drove from San Antonio to check out - and buy - a pre-owned Subaru Forester. We were in contact with Gary (sales manager) for a couple of days before we went (we had to wait until the weekend), and he was amazingly helpful, professional, warm, and welcoming. This is my second time leasing a vehicle and Richard did a great job explaining everything both this time and last time! I highly recommend this dealership as I've always had a gold experience with them.
I usually hate buying cars, but they made me feel absolutely comfortable and unpressured. No question this is my first stop next time I have to buy a car. I've been recommending it to my friends as well who are getting close to new car time.
I came in for my 30,000-mile service along with some additional services. The 30,000-mile service alone was quoted at around $459, but the total bill ended up being close to 500 which felt excessive. My home is only 10.5 miles from the dealership, yet they refused to drop me off due to their policy, which was really inconvenient. Overall, the experience was disappointing — high costs, unexpected charges, and lack of customer-friendly service. Definitely expected better.
