I have to say I was very impressed with superior Auto clinic. These guys are real pros, I was glad to know that every mechanic that works at Superior Auto clinic has been under that same roof for 15 years and more. I was also very impressed at how clean that shop was and how organized the mechanics were, I knew in an instant I was at the right place! i've never written a review for a service but what I experienced at this auto shop was beyond belief. went in for a second diagnosis on my ac. they never called me with an estimate, proceeded to fix my car, i went back and expressed my concern. jeff the owner was very unprofessional. decided to not discuss other options or apologize for the service and miscommunication from his staff. I will not recommend any friends/family/work to this mechanic and will proceed to deter anyone from going to this auto shop. if i could give 0... read more
