Main Street Automotive is such a great place to get your car serviced. My Subaru has been in their care for a little over a year and they’ve done an excellent job every time. I called Main Street Auto to get a quote for an oil change on my daughter’s vehicle. I was told it would be 100–120 dollars depending on the oil amount. Based on that, I sent my daughter there for the service. When the work was done, the receipt showed they charged her 150 dollars. I immediately called the shop and asked again how much an oil change for that exact vehicle should cost. A different employee told me the same thing: 100–120 dollars. I’ve been a customer of Main Street Auto for 7 years. They have serviced 4 of my vehicles. Each time, the process has been executed flawlessly. From booking the appointment, vehicle drop off, servicing the vehicle, providing status updates and vehicle pick up has been great. Marissa, Chris, and Jeremy are friendly and customer focused to make your experience painless. I’ll continue to bring my cars here as I trust them. This review does not relate to any extensive repair work performed by Main Street Automotive, as I was lucky enough to have them find no need for extensive repairs. This review was, however, prompted by a broken down car... On July 3rd.. and we're certainly not in Kansas anymore. Shops were booked, often for weeks. The more than rather affable man on the phone was just nice to talk to.. In person too. The "price for a diagnosis", $190, seemed steep to me the first time I heard it over in El Dorado.
