I’ve been a customer of Main Street Auto for 7 years. They have serviced 4 of my vehicles. Each time, the process has been executed flawlessly. From booking the appointment, vehicle drop off, servicing the vehicle, providing status updates and vehicle pick up has been great. Marissa, Chris, and Jeremy are friendly and customer focused to make your experience painless. I’ll continue to bring my cars here as I trust them. This review does not relate to any extensive repair work performed by Main Street Automotive, as I was lucky enough to have them find no need for extensive repairs. This review was, however, prompted by a broken down car... On July 3rd.. and we're certainly not in Kansas anymore. Shops were booked, often for weeks. I first met Jeremy quite a few years ago, but never used MSA - don't remember why. A couple of years ago, my daughter bought a used Subi Forester that lasted about 3 days past the typical 10-day warranty for used cars. Jeremy took it in, broke it down, and found out the timing belt tensioner bolt had broken, most likely from incorrect installation.
