Came in for scheduled oil change. Alex, service advisor explained everything and was very knowledgeable. Car was done sooner than I thought. While waiting for car, I bought some accessories at parts department and Dallas was extremely helpful and was able to get me what I needed. Bought my forester here so all around, I highly recommend Subaru South Blvd.
Misdiagnosed the problem on my car, told me I needed new strut mounts for a total of over one thousand dollars, customer parts were provided. The car still has a clunk coming from the suspension, and no money was put back on my card for the businesses error for the first mistake of not fixing the issue with the car. The only solution was the shop rediagnosing the same issue again, since they "said" it was fixed the first time when I was handed the keys, and the clunk showed up within one hundred feet of the service entrance ... read more
