Buying experience was fine and pretty standard. Bought a 2019 here and immediately started having issues. There was smoke coming from under the hood and some sort of smell coming from the engine compartment soon after purchasing. I went in with the idea of what I wanted, but TJ asked a number of questions about the features I wanted and then offered an option that was less expensive than what I went for. From scheduling availability to check in to my service coordinator being patient respectful and professional. I was given a high quality overview of recommended products and services.
