Amazing customer service, quick service. But, I will not come back due to the new 3% credit card charge, Subaru made over 11 billion in profits and you want the customer to pay that fee, not acceptable!
I purchased a 'used' Outback in March. I felt pressured to buy that night and also that some unethical tactics were used to 'get me in that car' that evening. The vehicle only had approx 3,800 miles. I found the gas gauge on almost empty when I was leaving, after feeling rushed to get my trade in cleaned out. I asked about the almost empty tank and was told they don't fill up 'USED' cars.
