Some of the most kind, honest and knowledge people in the business and will take great care of you and your Subaru! After starting to have some transmission issues with my Outback, Cars LLC took care of me and got my Subaru back up and running in no time, and for an honest and fair price for an issue that could have been way more expensive. Ive been using the Subaru Shop for about 8 years on 3 different Subarus. I am very tight with my money and ill usually shop around for days to save a buck, but not with the Subaru Shop. They have exceeded my expectations at a very reasonable price every time. Would recomend 100 out of 100 times.
This is the best Subaru shop in Tennessee. I’ve had my Baja for 6 years and if it wasn’t for Chris and the team over at Cars LLC I would not still get to drive her. Thank yall for all you do, from head gaskets to bed plastics I appreciate yall so much.
Look no further for a Subaru garage! Every single person working here is honest, accommodating, and friendly. Front end staff made me feel welcome, and service staff were clear and communicative. Came in for breaks and rotors - they physically showed me that my breaks and rotors were fine AND were able to switch up the plan and replace bad bearings, along with a much needed oil change. Trustworthy, great price points, good vibes all around. This is my go to shop now!!!
Chris and his staff are the absolute best. If you love your Subaru, this is the only place to go!
