We had a fantastic experience at Subaru Sherman Oaks with Geoff. He was incredibly helpful and answered our every question, also providing plenty of information I hadn’t thought to ask about. The building was nicely decorated. Went in unsure if I wanted to buy a Subaru and came out knowing I did because of a salesman who did a great initial job. He didn't rush me, which I really appreciated. He gave me a detailed breakdown of the features on the car I wanted and had a chill attitude. I did buy a Subaru, just not from him because he didn't have the exact car I wanted. I wrote him a long message to thank him for his help and to cancel an appointment. He gave a nasty, short reply.
