Do yourself a favor and go to an independent shop, or to West Houston Subaru. This is my experience with Gillman so far. I paid for a diagnostic fee and they found a few issues. Instead of trying to help me they made up reasons that I needed to spend more money and made excuses why they refused to work on an item that should be covered under the power train warranty. My salesman was Nate Montalvo and he did a fantastic job helping me. I got a reasonable price for my trade in and I got a decent deal on the FX4 that I bought. Nate brought us some seriously good food because the power went out which made our wait long. I dont think you could honestly ask for a better deal or for better people to buy a car from. My deal came with a full tank of gas and a 1st free oil change. I found a few things wrong with the truck and they fixed them over the weekend and brought my truck to me. There's alo... read more
