I had an intensely bad experience at a different Subaru dealership a few years ago, and I swore I would never go back. So when I had a problem with the seal on my sunroof last year, I decided to use this dealership instead, even though it was a long drive from The Woodlands. There is absolutely no comparison! The place is clean, nice waiting areas. It offers good quality of snacks to eat and drink. Service department is more concern about selling than listening and adjusting to customer needs.
Only place we take our Subi for service. Other locations do not compare. Amenities for customers are amazing and our dog is super happy coming with us. Highly recommend and only recommend this location for service.
This service shop is very clean and the staff are great. Jesus and Ethan were very help and nice for my first visit today. Highly recommend this shop to anyone. I used to go to Gillman because that's where I bought my car, but I will be exclusively using this shop from now on.
