Just purchased a new Subaru.... Called the service department to get an idea of the oil change schedule on new purchase and was immediately challenged as to why I was calling service and not my sales associate.... I hung up the phone I will not be getting my services or repairs done at this dealership. The attitude I felt was ridiculous....
Brought in 2022 Outback for Homelink opener not working, and hatch malfunctioning. First visit, charged $100 and told they fixed both issues. They fixed neither issue. Second visit, they told me they fixed Homelink and could replace the entire hatch assembly for $1000 and it MIGHT fix it. Lazy diagnostics. The Homelink still doesn’t work, and they keep insisting it is my garage door motor, despite other cars and remotes working fine. They tell me to text their service phone a video of it not working.
