Service staff are helpful, but the wait is atrocious. Schedule for 1:30, car isn’t even in the bag until 2:30, 3:30 it’s finally ready. Just for a simple oil change. It’s just not acceptable to offer “express service” with literally a 2 hour wait.
Excellent Customer Service!
Once again, they lost my warranty and tried to charge me full price for a repair. This place has really gone downhill since the change in name
I had a wonderful service person, Anthony, who was very helpful and polite. My last experience ( botched oil change) here was a nightmare. Anthony is the reason I will return to ig Burton.
