The friendly service provided by Miguel was one of the reasons I wanted to buy another Subaru when by previous Subaru needed to be replaced. The quiet room and wifi in the waiting area is also a great thing!
I had a really good experience at I.G Subaru Service Department. It started earlier in the week when I spoke with Constance G to schedule an appointment for an oil change. She was very friendly, professional and easy to talk to so scheduling an appointment was easy. Then on Saturday, Zack S. was my advisor and he was so professional and respectful that I was gently surprised that such great customer still exists. Keep up the good work!
I can always count on Miguel and I G Burton Subaru to take good care of my Subaru. They check everything but help me decide what must be repaired. They are prompt and thorough.
