Brought my car in with some heavy lifting work to be done but Josh in services was extremely thorough with explaining his plan to fully inspect the problem to ensure my car was fixed right the first time. While in their care Josh regularly updated me with any concerns or timeframe changes which made it more comfortable for me to trust they were getting the job done. People were good and nice to me.
I bought my first Subaru in 2024 and I have been having all of my maintenance done here. It's easy to schedule an appointment, the waiting room is comfortable (and dog friendly), the service staff is super helpful and knowledgeable, every time I get something done I can count on the work being done right the first time.
