Very helpful staff. No pressure about buying a car.
I thought to myself, "These labor costs which are nearly double my local mechanic must be worth it because they are Super-Certified and deal with Subaru's constantly". After paying a premium rate, I drove my vehicle off the lot and after a mile every single warning light on the dash returned. I think they are a very profitable company for a reason as they have a friendly, professional front end but ultimately have unreasonable costs at an ineffective return. Paid $1000 after needing new wheel bearings on right rear and horrible loud sound and was told this is what was causing it. No improvement at all. I’m an older single female on a budget and feel taken advantage of.
