I usually don’t write reviews, but I couldn’t bear the rudeness and unprofessionalism of this service center, especially with James. The appointment was under my brother's name, Meet. I would honestly not even give 1 star if I had an option to do so. They recommended engine replacement, but we were indecisive about spending $12,000 on just that and whether it is worth it.
