Great service and very professional. Everyone there is honest and hard working.
You can’t even reach anyone on the phone. Wasted and waited for 20 minutes to be able to talk to someone at the Parts department.
In April I took my 2014 Outback to Liberty Auto to replace a starter motor and have the front and rear differential oil changed. During the visit, the service manager informed me two of their techs were unsuccessful in removing the front differential drain plug, even with an impact wrench. Great service. They exceeded all expectations. I made an appointment and waited for the car and they were ready when I arrived and got right to work. The staff keep me updated on the status. They sent me a video of the findings and completed and washed the car and delivered it on time. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Overall a five star experience. The bill met the estimated quote. Wonderful experience and very helpful and skilled staff.
