I was able to easily make an appointment for my 60,000 mile maintenance. My service tech was Justin who is professional, helpful, friendly and always provides me with excellent service! He communicates with me throughout the service process. The service was completed in good time and the cost was communicated to me ahead of time. Highly recommend Liberty Subaru.
I scheduled a routine service for 11 AM but showed up at 10 AM. They did not question why I was early and took me in right away. They quoted me one hour and 15 minutes for the service and were able to provide that service within the time they told Me that it would take. The video that they sent to show what they did was greatly appreciated and not something that I have ever seen before. Nice job by the Subaru service center and staff! The waiting area with complementary coffee, water and snack bars was also a nice touch.
I have been a loyal customer at this dealership/service center since purchasing my first Subaru in 2016. Unfortunately, the service department has become unrecognizable since my last service 6 months ago. My car was just in the shop for two weeks and trying to get a simple status update was nearly impossible. The new AI answering/texting service is a nightmare.
