I came in for a 2 year / 16k mile maintenance cycle, and was told I needed brakes and front/rear differential fluids flushed. I'm no expert so I trusted them without reviewing my warranty / maintenance manual (from the same dealership). My concerns about unnecessary work were brushed off. Then I found in my manual that the rear differential should only have been inspected, but they insisted front and rear had to be flushed and couldn’t be inspected. I suspect I spent over $300 unnecessarily.

Great service. The exceeded all expectations. I made an appointment and waited for the car and they were ready when Zi arrived and got right to work. The staff keep me updated on the status. They sent me a video of the findings and completed and washed the car and delivered it on time. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Overall a five star experience.

This review pertains to the buying experience at Libery Subaru in Libertyville. Peter (manager) dealt we me regarding the price. He was up front, not pushy, courteous and professional. Hector (product specialist) took the test drive with me and walked me through the buying process. He was very courteous, had good knowledge of the car, trim level, accessories, and was not pushy. He was mindful of my time and made my experience a pleasant one. This experience was the opposite of what most people expect when buying a car.

Legacy Subaru has lived up to and exceeded service expectations, as promised. They have practiced what they preached when we bought our Forrester from them last year.

I had a great experience with the maintenance service at Liberty Subaru in Libertyville! My mechanic was quick and efficient, getting my vehicle back to me in no time. The service was thorough, and I really appreciated how fast they got everything done. The staff was friendly and professional. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend .
