Not sure I am completely satisfied. Heard a noise after I left.
Took my car in for service for a check engine light and for routine maintenance. The multipoint vehicle inspection report was a video relayed to my phone by the service specialist. It was a visual explanation of the work to be done as he walked around my car. With that video, I could understand more of what was needed and could trust the repair process. Chad, my service advisor, also explained what was needed to be done and answered all my questions. As always, he is professional and kind.
