Brandon was very helpful and kind to us. He explained things to us in a way that made sense.
I had a great experience at Germain Subaru of Columbus! Brandon was able to fit me in with no problems. I had thought I made an appointment online but didn't schedule it correctly. I had a check engine light on and I need maintenance done. They communicated everything that needed tp be done in detail! I would definitely go there again.
This was the best service appointment post-expiration of my 3-year service contract at Germain! The service team is always professional and thorough and the price was reasonable! Thanks Erin for being kind and awesome!!
These people are fantastic. Blew a tire. Called and got in near closing for a new one. They were honest and didn't try to sell me 4. I had enough tread on the other 3 for it to be fine. They took good care of me. Thanks to all of you
