Had an issue with my MG4 ev under warranty, all fixed. Free uber to Indooroopilly (caught a movie) and back, quick one-day repair. Happy with service.
Had a warranty issue with our MG and the team made room for it to be immediately looked at. Fantastic service and very quick turn around. I had an office upstairs to work in whilst the vehicle was worked on. 1 hour and all done.
Where do I start? If there is a negative five stars, I will surely tick that. I would not recommend that anybody send their cars for services to this Honda Service Centre for strong and valid reasons if you want your home and the surrounding neighbourhood to end up like a warzone. They left a rug inside the car's engine, which nearly caught fire. I took my 2019 Forester to this service centre with the TC Valve issue that these vehicles are prone to. The whole experience was exemplary. Car booked in Wed morning 8am to diagnose the issue. All fixed and returned to me next day. Subaru covered the repair even though the vehicle’s warranty had expired. Excellent experience all round.
I have my car in for service today and after 30mins of trying to get through with their ridiculous phone menu system all I can do is leave a message on an answering service. There is no direct line to call the service centre on.
