This was my first visit, for myself. Totally impressed! I purchased a Subaru, used, in western Mass. from another dealer. Here they took in my car, assessed it and let me know what is wrong. It's not a safety issue so I'll be able to get it repaired, hopefully, where I bought it. Best part is that they didn't charge me for their efforts! I believe I found a service center that has great service and wants customers!
So my "older" Subie had something wrong with it. I took it to Copeland and within 15 minutes it was fixed. I got the bill and it came to $0.00! The car was out of warrenty so I asked why no charge? The service gal said, "It was a simple fix so we didn't charge you." Copeland. It's that kind'a place.
I was expecting a major repair to my A/C system. The Toyota dealer told me the compressor was leaking and would not hold coolant. They investigated that and could not find that to be the case. I did not need that work so a maintenance repair put my system together and cost me a bit over 350 but no big warranty cost. I was grateful for that and it’s been working as it is supposed to for over 2 weeks now and I’m happy for your service dept treating me better than the Toyota Dealership who wanted a big repair job. The service team, especially Essence, is exceptional! You can’t go wrong there and of course a Subaru is perfect for the Cape
The personal attention from Tristan and the group was beyond expectation, especially since I was under a huge time crunch. They did everything and called me with timely questions and answers. And at the end I got my car washed and cleaned like the $30 car wash I get at home. Amazing service and wonderful people !!!!
