I regularly have my Subaru serviced at Copeland Subaru. Very good service done in a timely and professional manner
I get my car work done here and I appreciate the professionalism and community focused approach to this dealership. Essence always checks me in and out and she is welcoming and friendly.
This was my first visit, for myself. Totally impressed! I purchased a Subaru, used, in western Mass. from another dealer. Here they took in my car, assessed it and let me know what is wrong. It's not a safety issue so I'll be able to get it repaired, hopefully, where I bought it. Best part is that they didn't charge me for their efforts! I believe I found a service center that has great service and wants customers!
So my "older" Subie had something wrong with it. I took it to Copeland and within 15 minutes it was fixed. I got the bill and it came to $0.00! The car was out of warrenty so I asked why no charge? The service gal said, "It was a simple fix so we didn't charge you." Copeland. It's that kind'a place.
