I brought my car in to get some work done and I was told that I needed an alignment which I was charged $179 plus tax. After I pick up the car, I look at the service report and in the report it says that an alignment was not recommended. I asked my service tech Joseph to explain on August 13. He said he was having some computer issues and it’s now August 28 and I have not heard from them. I love Subaru, but I highly, highly recommend purchasing from a different dealership.
