I wasn't disappointed in the service but the communication post service. I brought my 2019 Crosstrek in for oil change / tire rotation and to address Tire Pressure Sensors indicator light. I was told that they would get the quote to the TPSU for me so if I wanted to add it to the job I could. I didn't get a summary of the additional maintenance until the end of the day and was told "With all the work that needs to be done, you might as well just by a new car..." Trust is hard-earned, and these folks consistently win mine and my friends. They just finished a major repair following a collision. They were fast, thorough, worked easily with the insurance, and communicated clearly. I find prices comparable to quality shops, and the mechanics are consistent from year to year, suggesting it's a reliable business. One way to judge a shop: check out the floor. Clean, organized, each project seperate, busy mechanics, inviting: Baldwin passes every test. I'll be back.

Had an issue with my towing lights. The guys at Baldwin Subaru in the service dept fitted me in immediately with less than I hour notice, diagnosed and fix ed my issue within 20 mins. No charge. This is truly excellent service, while I hung out in their lounge and did work on my computer. Would recommend these guys 100%
