I recently had engine issues while in Sydney for work. The team at Subaru North Shore Service were able to book me in within 24hrs and repair the fault under warranty. Additionally, they advised that they had enough time to complete a service that was coming due. The service report was extremely thorough, and the car was return cleaned and vacuumed. Megan from service receptions customer service was outstanding! The best Subaru Servicing interaction I've experienced and wish it was my regular service centre.
My 9 year old car broke down with major engine issues. Adam, was extremely helpful in ensuring I would get the best care possible. It ended up with Subaru fixing my car free of cost under goodwill! Truly amazing staff, can’t express my gratitude enough
