I've gone here a few times now to get my Crosstrek serviced & I've had a positive experience every single time! Very kind & friendly staff & the atmosphere is pleasant. I really appreciate their customer service & highly recommend going here! ☺️

Set up an appointment and everything went super smooth. They were done when they said they were going to be done and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Great group of people at the Service Department.
Updates. The new service center must be under new management/oversight. My last two experiences were poor enough that I will not return for any further repairs/maintenance, etc. Due to poor communication, overcharging, questionable practices. I left messages with management, spoke to manager once and they defended the practices and charges. Very disappointed. I’ve been a customer since 2016 with no problems. We're from out of state and developed a must-fix problem. They took us ~1:00pm that day and had us out by end of day, earlier than estimated. Glad we brought our car to a same-make dealer because they were able to look up the records and discovered the warranty covered all the costs, so that was a happy surprise. Everybody was friendly and professional. Zero complaints. Five stars.
