We recently bought a 2013 Crosstrek 138,000 miles from a dealer in Chicopee. I saw online that many mechanics recommend a "drain and fill" of the transmission fluid. Somewhat disorganized, bad communication, and they will make you escalate to customer advocacy before honoring certain parts of your warranty or pre-purchased services. It took almost three months to have a ding repaired that I had bought the coverage for. They kept insisting that they didn't have an onsite tech for this kind of work and that they don't sell the coverage I bought.
