I was disappointed to wait 90 minutes for what was promised to be a 45-minute checkup. Then the clerk asked if I did indeed want the tire rotation that was supposed to be included. It saved me money because they said I didn't need it (the car has 8900 miles) so it would be ready in another 20 minutes. Then he came out and asked if I did want the car wash, and I needed a computer re-set, which would be another 30 minutes. I’ve bought 2 Subarus from Busam and the customer service I’ve received has always been spot on! Recently, I made a service appointment with Heather to address an issue with my driver side window squealing after rain or a car wash trip. Heather went above and beyond to make sure all of my issues were inspected and addressed. She handled everything with calm professional ease.
