Go to Santa Monica instead. Took my car in for the included 6 month service. Before even doing a full inspection, they told me my car would need hundreds of dollars of work that required leaving my car overnight. Didn’t seem right, so I left. Went to Santa Monica. They did a full inspection. Done in an hour. No issues.
On May 28, 2025, while I was out of town, my mother called to tell me that the engine on her Subaru had a knock/clicking sound and that the check engine light was on. I asked her not to drive the car until my return. She contacted Subaru of America meantime and spoke with Brandon who advised her to take it to Subaru of Glendale, saying that he will personally speak with the service department and find a reasonable solution since the car had only 61,000 original miles.
